The purchase of a software license from XpenseTrax by an "affiliate"
(purchases a license for the purpose of using or reselling the service
provided by XpenseTrax) is fifty percent refundable for 5 days after
purchase. Fifty percent of the initial purchase price will be retained
for costs associated with programming and site initialization costs
incurred by the "Service". After 5 days the "affiliate" may discontinue
service by requesting cancelation of service by emailing XpenseTrax at
accounting@xpensetrax.com.
After the initial payment a "client" of the "affiliate" may request and
receive a full refund for 3 days, or until their second recurring charge
is due. After the 3 day period a client may cancel their service by
requesting a discontinuation of service by sending an email to
support@xpensetrax.com or contacting the "affiliate" provider. Upon receiving
the request the client credit card charge will be cancelled.
